Our wellbeing courses aim to provide education and practical help for wellbeing issues such stress and anxiety, low mood and worry as well as poor sleep or distress.
For many people who contact us, being part of a group is comforting to see they are not alone and that others are experiencing similar difficulties.
We offer a wide range of courses on a rolling programme. Due to COVID-19 we are currently unable to deliver these groups in person at community spaces, so we have rapidly moved these courses online.
Our online courses make it possible for those with work commitments or family caring commitments to access treatment at a time which suits them.

Practise the skills and techniques during the week.
You will be emailed a weekly video link to log in to.
Videos are available all week so you can stop & start when you like.
You will get a weekly booklet with worksheets and summaries, which you can keep.
You will be asked to complete a questionnaire each week before receiving the video. This helps us give you feedback about your progress and evaluate the course.
