Careers at Health in Mind

Join our team

Our workforce is expanding to meet the needs of East Sussex residents. We're dedicated to improving the mental health of all members of our community, and to do that we need talented people like you.

We pride ourselves on our team culture and making sure every member of our team feels supported and able to be their best. We care about and are committed to the quality of the care we provide. We also take care of our team members to support their own wellbeing because we know that when you feel supported and valued and when you have a say in how things are done, you'll be at your best for the people we're here to help.

If you'd like to join our growing team and have the skills to make a difference a list of our current vacancies can be found below:

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

We believe (& those who join our team tell us!) that if you're going to be a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), this is the place to do it.

We care about and are committed to the quality of the care we provide. We also take care of our team members to support their own wellbeing. That's why we ask our PWPs to do less diary contacts in a week than other services; allowing more time in the appointment to connect with people and make a difference.

We offer our qualified PWPs opportunities to progress and develop in the role. Whether that's through supervision training or opportunities to join project steering groups to shape the service or design new courses; this service offers both the environment and the support to help you flourish in your career.

We do all this because we know that when you feel supported and valued and when you have a say in how things are done, you'll thrive.

This is your chance to develop your career in one of the most flexible and supporting working environments you will find.
