1. Who we are
Health in Mind is an NHS organisation providing courses and other types of therapies that help with stress, anxiety and low mood. Whatever the reasons are for feeling down, relationships, money or work, we offer a service that may help you feel positive again.
Health in Mind has qualified Counsellors, CBT therapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and Primary Care Mental Health Practitioners. We also have practitioners qualified in EMDR, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Mindfulness.
2. Website privacy statement
Health in Mind is committed to protecting your privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not use any information we may hold about you for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.
Health in Mind does not automatically capture or store personal information through our websites except in the cases outlined below. Under no circumstances is your data used for anything other than the purpose for which it has been collected.

4. Patient information leaflets
While the information contained in our patient information leaflets has been written and checked by our clinical teams, they are intended to complement the advice of professional healthcare staff only. They should not be used without appropriate medical advice.
Procedures should only be undertaken by healthcare professionals and Health in Mind will not be liable for injury, loss or financial impairment as a result of actions taken by individuals after reading the materials.
Care has been taken to describe the treatments in a sensitive manner. Due to their nature you may find some of the content distressing.
